Decided by concensus to wait for a variance application by a Sperryville resident before conducting on-site inspection;
Agreed to use part of their February meeting to discuss variance standards with no specific case in mind;
Agreed to support Konick in his request for $300 owedhim by previous agreement for his duties as clerk for the BZA. The BZA had agreed to pay him $50 for each meeting for which he performed clerk’s duties. This replaced the $2,000 formerly set aside for a part-time BZA clerk.
