Jenkins, Jr. and Dorothy A.Jenkins, dated 26 May 1981, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 138 at page 760, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction a certain parcel of about 1.245 acres, situate near the Intersection of Routes 601 and 602, at Peola Mills, Hawthorne District, Rap pahannock County, Virginia, as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust. Refer to Tax Map No. 54, Lot 11. The sale shall be conducted on the steps of the Rappahannock County Circuit Court House, Washington, Virginia, on Friday, January 28, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. Terms of sale shall be cash deposit of 10 percent on day of auction with balance to be paid within 15 days.
