Vogel, C.L.S , dated December 9, 1977, revised October 31,1978, and recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 95 of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being more particularly described by deed dated May 11, 1979 and recorded May 1 1, 1979 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 132, page 34 of said Clerk's Office. In addition to fronting on U S. Highway 211, this property includes a right of way fifty (50) feet wide from U S. Routes 211-522 to Parcel G of the property.
