I read with interest of the 1982 Virginia Press Association awards to the Arundel Newspapers in your January 27, 1983 “letters” column.
While the congratulatory letter from the American Newspaper Publisher’s Association did not indicate if any of the awards were received by THE RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, you have my award for the most improved newspaper in Virginia in 1982.
I have been a faithful reader of the paper for some five years and have been delighted by the changes and improvements that have
