In the latest incident, the victim had been dropped off on Marshall Street and was awaiting a ride to work about 6:30 a.m. when the two men approached him. According to the police report, the white suspect produced a medium-size folding knife and the two demanded money. The victim, who holds a black belt in karate, used only his feet to deliver blows to the face and head of both men, says the chief.
