Kramer suggested that the board go through their findings with the following assumptions: (1) that there be no exterior cars; (2) that there be no automobile or gas sales; (3) that the business be closed at 6:00; (4) that there be no junk cars; (5) that all trash be out of sight or removed; (6) that the sign be limited in size and restricted as to type. He added that perhaps Dodson could be required to come before the board with a design for his sign before it was approved.
“I’ll just do away with the sign, then,” Dodson said. “This seems like too much trouble.”
“No, no - you should be able to have a sign,” Kramer said.
