Mrs. Lula Belle Cave, 78, of Stanley, died Tuesday, January 31,1984, at Page Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 10, 1905, in Madison County and was a daughter of the late Thomas Zachary and Effie Jane Cave Breeden. On July 1, 1926, she married Elza Alfred Cave, who survives.
In addition to her husband, survivors include five sons, Charles Roy Cave, Nelson Ray Cave, William Edward Cave, and Earl Burnette Cave, all of Stanley and Glen Leo Cave of Sperryville; two daughters, Effie Mae Ryder of Stanley and Edith Virginia Gordon of Etlan; eight grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
Also surviving are five sisters, Nellie Woodward and Beulah Lang, both of Madison, Mamie Meadows of Syria, Elsie Cave of Stanley and Nettie Lang of Luray.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday at th? Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Larsen Cave. Burial was in the family cemetery in Dark Hollow.
