George Kidweil, Sr. just happened to be in the right place at the right time on December 31, 1983. He was standing at the kitchen door of the Jacobs’ home when Mrs. Jacobs, standing at the kitchen stove with a spatula in her hand turned around, gasping for breath and was blue in the face.
