The sign-up for the 1984 Feed Grain and Wheat Programs is being held now through February 24. Permitted planting is 90 percent of the feed grain base and 70 percent of the wheat base. Tty wtut-to-ktni authorized only on wheat. Wheat participants may divert an additional 10 to 20 percent of established yield times the acres diverted.
Those producers with no outstanding CCC wheat loans through the ASCS office and who are unable to harvest their own wheat acreage for PIK will not receive a PIK payment. Check with the ASCS office for complete details.
