Jameison was concerned about an accurate date for the completion of the probject. The timetable, said Wayne Cilimberg, Executive Director of the Planning District, calls for bidding in July, construction in October, and completion in January of 1986.
“You’re dealing with two winters here,” said Jameison. “If you can foresee some delay, it’s to our advantage to arrange this for as long a period as possible. I’d say two years for sure and, even better, two-andone-half years.”
WSA Chairman Bob Dennis agreed. “We don’t want to be repaying notes before the project is finished,” he said.
