This method of proceeding working two ways, however it deprived the governor of some uncommitted delegates who proved too bewildered and tired to stay to constitute a viable caucus for him.
So all the elected delegates but one, Governor Robb, went to candidates. Mondide will be 27 strong, Jackson, 22, and Senator Hart will have 13 delegates at the National Convention from Virginia. The 15 uncommitted delegates accompanying Governor Robb were all elected before the convention at the Congressional District leveL
