Pursuant to a certain deed of trust executed-by F. Bruce Corneal to Douglas K. Baumgardner and Peter H. Luke, Trustees dated February 14,1984 and recorded in Deed Book 147 at page 269 of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, default having been made in payment of the debt secured thereby, and upon the request of the noteholder, the undersigned, Peter H. Luke, sole acting Trustee shgtfdffer for sale at public auction on the steps of the Court wise of Rappahannock County in Washington, Virginia dintday, June 22, 1984 at 10:00 A M. an undivided one*half interest in the real estate together with improveMpts thereon, containing 11.2739 acres, more or less, Wade on Route 622 and on Main Street in or near the Town of Washington, Virginia, as shown on plat of survey of the Lucy M. Stuart Estate, by Rappahannock Surveys, Incorporated Wayne E. Niskanen C.L.S. dated March S, 1975 in Plat Book 4 at page 39 of the Rappahannock^. County land records, and more particularly described in”' the deed of trust to which reference is hereby made. ■*,
