Surveyor, made on January 4,1936, as follows, to-wit: "Beginning at figure 1 on map an iron hub on Lee Highway and comer to Herman Aylor, thence with Highway S 64-1/2 W 168-1/2 feet to a figure 2 a point on highway, thence leaving highway S 23-3/4 E 306 feet to figure 3, a point in Thornton River, thence down river N 41-1/2 E 101 feet to figure 4, thence N 15-1/2 E 124 feet to figure 5, comer to Aylor, thence with Aylor N 23-3/4 174 feet to the beginning containing one acre." This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by George M Berberian by deed of John P. Snead, et al, dated November 2, 1972 and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 105 at Page 320 Sale shall be made subject to all existing easements, restrictive covenants and other matters of record as the same may lawfully affect the real estate.
