Recent luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank McWhirt were Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Simpson of Fredericksburg. The McWhirts’ recently attended the Homecoming at the Berea Baptist Church at Falmouth and later visited hisbrother and family.
Valerie Jones took her daughter, Camilla and a friend, Carrie Naramore to the International Children’s Festival at Wolf Trap Park over the weekend. It was a day of music and dancing from around the world. The girls did some weaving, and sculptures and express ions in day and finger puppet designing. On the way home they stopped at Roy Rogers for dinner.
Melissa McNemar spent Friday night with Mr. and Mrs. OE. Doyle. She spent the rant of the Labor Day holiday with Candy Todd of Warrenton.
