Frazier is considered a longshot to win the Nov. 6 election, but he doesn’t think so:
“Am I a longshot? I’ll tell you this. “If they elect me, they’ll have my ear— not the parties! They’ll have no competition with monied interests.
“Had I been in Congress,” he continued, “I could have had a platform to make my views known. I could have had access to the president."
What advice would he have given President Reagan?
“It’s so simple,” he said. “Give Israel the green light. Give it complete, unequivocal backing. They know who their enemies are. They know who they are dealing with.”
He also has some tough words for the Soviet Union:
“Detente was one of the biggest jokes that has ever happened,” said Frazier. He called Soviet leaders “a group of thugs, gangsters and murderers” and said they “make the mafia look like churchgoers.”
And he advocates the removal of the United Nations from American soil to a neutral country, saying the world organization is a haven for Soviet spies.
