Commissioner Henry Thomas of Alexandria, .who has a vacation home in Tiger Vallej^aid that he’s been hunting in the “mountains of Rappahannock” for 20 years. “And each year I read the local papers with growing horror,” he said. “One woman even had her house shot at. It’s wild.”
