Mrs. Rachel A. Jenkins of Culpeper is proud to announce the engagement of her daughter Pamela Michelle to Franklin Eugene Riley, Jr., son of Mrs. Ann Martin of Culpeper and Franklin Riley, Sr., of Warrenton.
Miss Jenkins is also the daughter of George R. Jenkins , of Stafford. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boot Jenkins of Culpeper and Mrs. Carrie Jenkins of Sperryville and the late John L. Jenkins. She is also the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Lillie Leake of Sperryville.
The wedding is planned for April 12.
