To the editor:
Eliminate the cruel suffering practice of trapping and bow and arrow. In referehce to Mike Williams' letter concerning his pet who had suffered at the hands of a trapper — Bravo Mike — launch your campaign against these murderers.
These poor animals who are trapped and hunted with bows and arrows can live for hours and days with their paws locked in the trap, bleeding. Some even chew their paws off to escape the horrible pain.
We.had the same problem here in Arizona until we, the Animal Lovers, got on the ball and after success with the senators, congressmen and local politicians took over.
