Judge Carson heard lengthy testimony concerning Mr. Brown’s fences from both Mr. Brown and his neighbor, Clarence Walters. Judge Carson was also presented testimony to determine whether Mr. Brown’s bull could be considered a “jumping bull.”
Judge Carson asked the prosecuting and defense attorneys to send briefs to his Warrenton office on recent court decisions that they think apply to this particular case. Mr. Carson will then inform them of his decision.
