Florence Roy
Florence Washington Roy, 90, of Front Royal, died Sunday, February 2,1986, at her home.
Mrs. Roy was bom October 11, 1895, in Washington, daughter of the late Elizabeth Washington. She was married to the late James B. Roy. She was a member of the First Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church, Washington.
Surviving are three sons, Benjamin B. Roy of Washington, Walter J. Roy of Front Royal, and Charles E. Roy of Alexandria, and two daughters, Elizabeth Alsberry of Cedarville and Mary E. Lewis of New York, N. Y.
Also surviving are one sister, Clara Brandom of Washington, D. C., 17 grandchildren, 32 great- granchildren and seven great-greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted today, February 6, at the Tumer-Robertshow Funeral Home, Front Royal, by the Rev. Aaron Fletcher. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows’ Cemetery, Washington.
Pallbearers wwill be her grandsons.
