White Peanut Butter Fudge * 1 lb. box confectioners sugar ; Pinch of salt 1/2 c. milk j 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. vahpla 12 oz. jar peanut butter 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme I Combine sugar, salt, cream of tartar and millc in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 6-8 minutes. Remoye from heat, add vanilla, peanut butter and marahmallow creme. (These ingredients should be well blended before adding tb boiled mixture.) Quickly stir and pour into buttered 9 x 9 inch pan. Cool; cut. Microwave Quickie Fudge -

1 lb. confectioners sugar ' 1/Zc. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. margarine 11. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts (chopped) - Blend sugar and cocoa in 8x8x12 inch glass dish. Pour in milk. Place margarine on top. Microwave on ftd) power for 2 minutes or until marga* rine is melted. Stir well to mix all in* gredients. Add vanilla and nnts and blend. Place in freezer for 20 tnih* (See CANDY, p. 15)
