So, little kitten, during this season of unselfishness and caring and sharing and hope, maybe there’ll be a real Santa Claus who can help provide you with continued warmth, shelter and food during the long hard winter that surely lies ahead for the Mintons.
Maybe too, little kitten, if that Santa could look into your pain-filled eyes, he could visualize your lying there on your tummy with your head bowed, front feet extended and your tiny paws brought forward covering your closed eyes.
