The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Commodity Credit Corporation will make about $1.3 billion in deficiency payments in December to eligible producers of 1987 crop wheat, barley and oats, said Thomas V. Williams Jr., chairman of the Rappahannock County ASCS Committee.
