Four generations enjoyed Christmas Day at the home of Mrs. Doris Gore. Guests included Mrs. Ethel Clater, Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Dodson, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Foster of Fredericksburg, Donald Gore of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Clater of Manassas, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Carwile and children Chris and Lindsey and Mrs. Princie Wood, all of Culpeper, and Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Atkins.

Mrs. Robert Nethers of Flint Hill spent Christmas Day with Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Heather Aylor. Other visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers of Stephens City, Mrs. Dorothy Lewis of Huntly and granddaughter Karen Corder of Front Royal, Debbie Dennis of Huntly, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dennis and daugther Ashly, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Dennis, all of Jackson, S.C., Mrs. F. D. Coffey Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Coffey and son Daniel.

Dinner guests Christmas Day of Mr. and Mrs. James Swindler were Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Hathaway and daughter Sara of Chincoteague, Bobbette Swindler of Sterling, James Swindler III, Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Roy Swindler.

Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins were guests Christmas Eve and Day of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding and family in Fairfax.

Dinner guests on Dec. 16 of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and Fred C. Schaefer were Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson of Winchester, Mrs. Lucille Payne of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Palmer of Warrenton, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Updike and daughter Suzanne Updike of culpeper and Mrs. B. M. Varner. Their dinner guests Christmas Day were Mr. and Mrs. Francis Updike and Suzanne.

Mrs. Kathleen Dodson was a holiday guest of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Dodson in Fairfax.

On Dec. 21 Mrs. T. M. Johnston with Mrs. Richard Meade of Charlottesville attended Grandparents Day at the Woodbrook Elementary School in Charlottesville. Mrs. Johnston’s dinner guests Christmas Day were Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Reams and sons Brad and Morgan of Winchester, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Meade, Bethany and Broocks of Charlottesville. Sunday Mrs. Johnston visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert McCarty in Front Royal.
