New Year’s
closings
The following businesses and county offices will have special hours during the New Year holiday:
The county offices will close at 12 noon on Dec. 31 and will be closed Jan. 1. The Rappahannock National Bank will observe normal hours on Dec. 31 but will be closed Jan. 1.
The Rappahannock Social Services Department will close at noon on Dec. 31 and be closed Jan. 1.
The Rappahannock Library will be closed Jan. 1 and 2.
The Farmers and Merchants Bank of Flint Hill will close at noon on Dec. 31 and will reopen on Jan. 4.
The Rappahannock Health Department will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. In case of an emergency call the Culpeper County Health Department at 825-1300.
The Family Guidance Services will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. In case of an emergency, clinic staff may be reached by calling 675-3329.
Rappahannock public schools closed on Tuesday, Dec. 22 and will reopen for regular school hours on Monday, Jan. 4.
The Rappahannock News offices will be closed Jan. 1 and will resume normal business hours on Jan. 4.
