The dolls, which were supplied by Charlottesville’s Salvation Army, were given to parents in the Charlottesville area who could not afford to buy dolls for their children for Christmas Other projects undertaken by the county’s Girl Scouts recently include planting bulbs at the county park, a trip to the Bealeton Flying Circus, ice skating and a Christmas visit to the pediatric ward at University of Virginia Medical Center.
