2 T. butter or margarine 1 T. vegetable oil 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Water 1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted 1/4 cup brandy 1 cup half-and-half (cream and milk) 3 cups hot cooked rice Dredge cutlets in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Add cutlets; brown over high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Discard fat. Reduce heat. Sprinkle pork with sugar and cinnamon.
