Prepare Granola Pastry. Beat corn syrup, sugar, brandy, margarine, eggs, vanilla and salt with hand, beater. Stir in granola. Pour into, pastrv lined pie plate. Cover edge with 2- to 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil during last 10 minutes of baking. Hake at 375 degrees until set, 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
Granola Pastry: Prepare pastry for 9-inch one-crust pie as directed on any package (11 ounces) pie crust mix or sticks except stir in 1/2 cup granola (toasted oat mixture), crushed, before mixing in water.
