The object of this cause is to quiet title in Mildred W. Leake, Robert L. Martin and Frances Ann Martin to a certain tract or parcel of land containing six (6) acres, situate on State Route 626, Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia described in the Bill of Complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia wherein it is alleged that the said Complainants have acquired said property by adverse possession by themselves and by their predecessors in tile for a period in excess of 49 years.
An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause whose names are unknown and making them parties unknown by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN,"
It is ORDERED that the said persons made defendant by the general description of UNKNOWN PARTIES’ do appear on or before June 1, 1989 to do what is necessary to protect their interests
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four succesive weeks in the Rappahannock News; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of said Rappahannock County, Virginia within ten (10)
