The Rappahannock County Library Board has announced that the architectural firm of McClintock and Associates of Harrisonburg has been selected to develop plans for the new' public library.
The Library Board plans to build a new library on land donated by Dean Morehouse on Route 211 just outside the Washington town limits. “The planning stage is now,” according to one member of the library’s board.
