Arthur and Lois Neufeld of Washington announce the birth of their second child, Max Gordon. He was bom on Nov. 8 at 12:13 a.m. at Fauquier Hospital.

Young Max weighed eight pounds, one ounce. Both mother and son are doing fine.

The youngest Neufeld’s maternal grandparents are Mrs. Libby Halpem of Fair lawn, New Jersey and Mrs. Ethel Bergman of Florida.

His paternal grandparents are Lorraine Robson of Chevy Chase (formerly of Slate Mills) and Jeanie Greenblat of Florida.
