Weakley
Richard Joseph Weakley, 75, of Culpeper died Nov. 11, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
>Mr. Weakley was the son of the late Loyde and Bettha Dodson Weakley and a native of Rappahannock County.
He is survived by his wife, Eunice Elizabeth Fineham Weakley; four sons, Robert Samuel Weakley of Ft. Collins, Colo., John Kenneth Weakley of Culpeper, William Franklin Weakley of Brightwood and Joseph David Weakley of Strasburg; three daughters, Mary Lou Richardson of Spotsylvania, Lillie Mae Lucas of Reva and Linda Sue Clark of Elkwood; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren; three brothers, Judd Weakley and William Weakley, both of Culpeper and John T. Weakley of Warrenton; and five sisters, Mary E. Mitchell of Warrenton, Mabel Hitt of Culpeper, Ada Leignel of Detroit, Mich, and Rert Smith and Lizzie Compton, both of Castleton. Another brother, Marshall Loyde Weakley predeceased him.
A funeral was held Nov. 14 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home, the Rev. Lindsay Savage officiating, with interment in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
Pallbearers were Robert Leavell, Wilbur Fineham, Junior Crosby, Jack Compton, Ray Compton and Harry Jenkins.
