Dr. Gangel pointed out, beginning in January there will be a new governor, a new secre* -v of education and a new state sup. i - intendant of schools, any one of whom may vr any or all of the booklet’s sugge ions. In short, after months of study and associated costs, at this point no one knows what will become of the recommendations contained in “Agenda for the 1990s."
