James “Jamey” Settle of Manassas, who passed away last week. Funeral services were Thursday. Mr. Settle was married to the former Loucille Pullen of Flint Hill.
Little Nikki Calisto was a Saturday overnight guest of her cousin Joshua Werner at the home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest.
Mr. and Mrs. Ned Peirpoint and Ned Jr. of Alexandria were Friday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard. Mrs. Shirley Wade of Chantilly spent Saturday and Sunday, and also visiting the Lillards on Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sours of Warrenton.
Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Dodson of Staunton visited the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Gentry, on Friday. The Dodsons were enroute home after a two-w'eek trip to Honolulu, Hawaii.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis spent last week at Mrytle Beach, S.C.
