Let’s face it. A major impact on the decision whether or not to buy a house is made by the woman of the family. What room influences this decision more than any other? You guessed it—the kitchen. Increasing the kitchen’s showability will increase the home’s salability.
It almost never pays to remodel a kitchen in anticipation of selling. You can, however, make it bright and attractive. A good start is to paint or refinish cabinets and hang cheerful, new curtains.
For a clean-smelling refrigerator, scrub its shelves and walls with baking soda and a damp cloth or sponge. The oven and stove’s ventilating hood,too.
Counters should look clean and expansive. Kitchen appliances take up a lot of spaceon counters. Remove all but a few of the most decorative pieces. Hang a plant in a comer for some life and greenery. The extra effort will pay. Kithens count!
