Rappahannock County ligh School will open on Tueslay, Dec. 2, when the Panthers ind Junior Varsity will encouner the Falcons of Central High School. Central, by pre-season tandards, are supposed to be >ne of the stronger teams in Disirct 10 and should provide a stiff est for the Panthers.
A meeting of the Rappahanlock Historical Society is schedlled for 7:45 p.m., Friday, Dec. >, 1969. The meeting will be held it Rappahannock Library and vill feature a speaker from the National Trust. A discussion on ;he antiquities of Rappahannock vill take place also.

Rappahannock County’s Supervisors
were exposed for ;he first time, at their November neeting, to the oratorical talents )f a relatively new citizen. They vere impressed; they immediitely acted on a suggestion by lames A. Rollison that state and federal officials do something positive in the fight on inflation by urging that state and federal anti-trust laws be strictly enforced.
