Sheriffs Office investigators are searching for a 26-year-old Viewtown man wanted on five warrants, two for aggravated sexual battery, two for contributing to the deliquency of a minor and one of sexual battery.
Jesus Javier Chavez, a Mexican male, about 5-7, about 160 pounds with black curly hair and a noticeable cataract has not been seen for several days. The assaults allegedly occurred the first week of November.
His 1990 Ford full-size fourwheel-drive pickup with Virginia plates TEV-931 is also missing, according to Capt. Ed Streapy of the Rappahannock Sheriffs Office.

• The body of Joseph A. Simmons, 44, of the Bean Hollow area, was found Tuesday, and he apparently died after a tree kicked out while he was cutting it down, said Rappahannock Sheriff John H. Woodward.
