School holds open house
Spring Mountain School, a Waldorftype school in Rappahannock County, holds its open house from 10:30 a.m.-noon on Friday, March 27. Interested parents are invited to observe a classroom, ask questions, and receive information about the school. Parents may also register their children for the 1992-93 school year.
In the fall, Spring Mountain will offer rfursery (ages 3-4), kindergarten, first and second grades, and possibly third grade.

Public school spring break
The Rappahannock Public School system will be closed for spring break April 16-21. For more information call the School Board Office at 987-8773.
Equalization Board hearing
The Rappahannock County Equalization Board, having been appointed by the Circuit Court as required by law, has met and begun its work by scheduling a ■ series of meetings for the purpose of hearing taxpayer complaints regarding the fairness or inequality, etc., of the current real estate tax assessments.
