The RAAC Sunday movie this weekend is "Frankie and johnny," Rated R, starring Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer. Frankie and Johnny are a New York waitress and a short order cook; Pacino is terrifically funny and persuasive as Johnny, a pesky, in-your-face romantic, and Pfeiffer is passionate and willful as Frankie, putting energy and vigor in forming a defensive character.
Showtime for the movie at The Theatre at Washington, Va. is 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 22. Tickets are $4 for adults, $3 for children.
