Orchardists have been hit the hardest. One Rappahannock orchardist has had 10 trapped on his property just since July. Annie Moore, wife of Flint Hill orchardist Lewis Moore, said they have had four trapped on their property in the last two weeks. uWe had a mother and her triplet cubs show up here," said Mrs. Moore.
