Chairman William Young has appointed treasurer Helen Platt, John McCarthy, and John Hartline to the finance committee. Jamie Jamieson and Ed Barton from the Friends of the Rappahannock Library will also serve on this committee. This committee will make recommendations on how to handle the local income issue.
Members Steve Slade, and Frank Warner along with Mr. McCarthy will serve on the by-laws committee. Grace Sims, Mary Jamieson, Kathy Kneupfer and Holly May were appointed to the policy committee.
Mrs. Jamieson suggested that the by-laws committee needed someone added with a long-time background in the library. Mrs. Sims agreed, but neither wished to serve
