Services Board To Meet
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13 in the Library of the Lord Culpeper Building, 401 South Main Street, Culpeper.

Clean-up Day
The newly orgainzed Men’s Fellowship of the First Baptist Church in Washington is sponsoring a Clean-up Day at the church in preparation for homecoming at 7 a.m. on Saturday, July 24. Men of the church and community are invited to participate. Lunch will be served. For more information please contact 987-8339.
New DMV Hours
Many Department of Motor Vehicle branch offices in northern Virginia, including Culpeper and Warrenton, have changed their hours of operation.
The new hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-lp.m.
Community Calendars Available
The Rappahannock County Community Calendars produced by the Washington Volunteer Fire Department are available for purchase. The calendars contain many community orgainzation’s activities and the school dates for the upcoming school years, as well as numerous birthday and anniversaries. Calendars can be purchased for $3.50/one or $5/two. A special thank you to all the local businesses who bought ads for the calendar. Please call Ellen Manson at 675-1349 to order your calendars.
