Ada Coppage
Mrs. Ada Mae Coppage, 78, of Warrenton died July 2 at the Warrenton Overlook Care Center.
She was bom Dec. 11, 1919 in Rappahannock County the daughter of the late Josh and Ada Virginia Fincham Burke.
She and her husband were married May 28, 1934.
She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Warrenton.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, George E. Coppage; three daughters, Elva Y. Roberts of Laurel, Md., Beatrice A. Anderson of Bealeton and Doris J. Gregg of Warrenton; two sons, George E. Coppage, Jr. of Midland and Gary W. Coppage of Warrenton; three sisters, Annie L. Mehaffey of Luray, Gertrude Coppage of Sperryville and Reba A. Coppage of Warrenton; 14 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 6 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Warrenton with Dr. Vinton Williams and Pastor John K. Burke.
Interment was in the Washington Masonic Cemetery in Washington.
