The Jeff and Theresa Light home in Woodville was the center for the second community-wide celebration of our nation’s independence. From near, far and wide, from every nick and comer people came to partake of the delicious meal, to eiyoy the fireworks and the association with friends and neighobrs. It was a rare opportunity to visit, to play ball, horseshoes or volley ball. Even Little Miss Taylor Light excited her parents and the guests by standing alone for the first time. The Blue Grass Band and the singing added the enjoyment of the celebration.
