Prepares, reviews, and maintains right of way records and reports. Reviews and writes legal descriptions for options, deeds, ana certificates; researches court records; and computes acreages. Must have knowledge of property descriptions and real estate documents; have experience reading and interpreting engineering plans; and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. THESE POSITIONS ARE LIMITED TO 1500 MAXIMUM HOURS WORKED IN A 365-DAY PERIOD AND IS NOT ENTITLED TO STATE BENEFITS. Salary: $8.65-$13.21 per hour.

OFFICE SERVICE SPECIALIST #03684 - Culpeper Residency. Individual to provide secretarial and aministrative support for the Culpeper Residency. Types correspondence, forms, and statistical reports. Performs data . processing; answers telephones; takes dictation; and maintains filing systems. Receives and processes maintenance, construction and permit/subdivision information. Must have a knowledge of bookkeeping and office procedures and equipment; be skilled in keyboarding and operating automated office equipment; and be able to operate computers, take shorthand, process information, and communicate effectively. Salary: $15,055 - $22,987.
