PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 2,1993 at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): Re-Zoning # 93-06-03 Faith Mountain Corporation, P.O. Box 199, Sperryville, VA 22740, contract purchaser, desires to rezone a ten (10) acre parcel to be derived from an existing parcel of approximately 45 acres currently zoned “A" Agricultural to “GC" General Commercial. Ten (10) acres to merge with existing property zoned “GC" owned by Faith Mountain Tax Map 28, Parcel 52F. Property is located in Hampton Magisterial District on Rts. 522 & 211. Use allowed under Section 12.2- 2 & 3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance: General Standards 5.1-6. Proffers proposed for submission prior to Public Hearing. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 1993, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of supervisors, address, P.
