BZA member Jennifer Matthews asked how wide the doors were, and Mrs. Diley told her they were three feet wide, and that everything frould comply with ADA (American Disability Act) requirements.
Ms. Matthews also inquired if the Dileys had a security system to alert them if someone wandered off the grounds. Mr. Diley responded that they are putting in a security system which would tell them if a door were opened. He also said they would have floodlights.
Steven and Mary Slade, neighbors of the Dileys, raised concerns about the Dileys’ facility being a commerical enterprise in a purely agricultural zoning area. Mr. Slade said, “We do not want to see all-night floodlighting.” v
