3. Declining quality of care.
4. Loss of choice in picking a doctor and treatment.

This is not a partisan issue. Most health reforms advanced by Republicans share the same fatal flaw.
Does that mean we can do nothing? Not at all! There are steps Congress and the states can take to improve American medicine:
1. Steadily reduce goverments’ funding and involvement.
2. Allow people “Medical IRAs” or “Medisave” accounts.
3. Make individual and group health insurance, once given, portable and renewable.
4. Allow individuals full deducation of health insurance premiums.
5. Reduce paperwork and litigation costs.
6. Allow states to reform Medicaid and Medicare to encourage shifting to commercial coverage, using tax-funded vouchers to allow everyone to purchase private health insurance.
To summarize: Fellow Americans, don’t do it! Don’t destroy the best health care on earth. Don’t let the siren call for impossible perfection lure us on the rocks of socialism’s false promises.
Do tell our legislators to strengthen our health care with the best economic system yet discovered, the free market. Fix the system by reducing governments’ roles and increasing the ability of individuals to choose, by changes in the tax code and other laws.

KEY POINTERS WHEN
SELLING YOUR HOME Here arc some key points to remember when selling your home: 1. Let your real estate agent do all the negotiating. 2. Look at all offers, even if they are low. Your agent has an obligation to present all offers. Some buyers feel they have to make a low offer to reassure themselves that they got the best price possible. 3. Do not become angry with a low offer and react with an unreasonable counter offer out of anger. Your goal is to sell the house — not punish the buyer. 4. Never judge buyers by the car they drive or how they are dressed. Be kind to all people viewing your home. 5. Your goal is to sell your home, so try not to place barriers about whom you want to buy it. 6. If you feel you have to make a counter offer, make the best one possible, and remember, there are no guarantees.
