My thanks for your editorial support last week in re health care reform. I hope that the following quote from an article by Lars-Eric Nelson in the Aug. 28 Washington Post will clarify my position and provide an answer to Edith Pond’s letter. The article goes in some detail to discuss the Canadian program-it’s pros and cons, but to me the crucial remarks are from a report sent to Mr. Nelson five years ago by Bill Gradison, the man who now heads the Health Insurance Associaiton of America, creator of the very misleading Harry and Louise commercials.
