Parcel 1: Beginning at a point on the northern edge of Lot 1, platted by Robert O. Leonard, L.S., entitled “Division of the Land of John M. Atkins and Phyllis K. Atkins, platted (n Deed Book 179, Page 389, among the land records of Rappahannock County,Virginia, containing 5.000 acres, and being a part of land conveyed to John M. and Phyllis K. Atkins by Deed recorded in thef land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 174, Page 99.
TERMS QE_ SALE: CASH, with a successful bidder deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price by cash or certified check may be required. The balance of the purchase price shall be due and payable not less than twenty (20) days after sale. Examination of the title, conveyance, and ' recording fees shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
